Korean Beef BBQ (Kalbi/Galbi)
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1 12 cups light brown sugar
- 12 cup honey
- 12 cup sesame oil
- 13 cup Sprite
- 13 cup rice wine
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 korean pear
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 12 cup sesame seeds
- Cut green onions into 2 inch pieces.
- Pulverize the pear.
- Mix all ingredients and add beef.
- Marinade for 24 hours.
- Grill.
