Mississippi Mud Drink Recipe

• 1 1/2 ounce. Southern Comfort or possibly Bourbon
• 1 1/2 ounce. coffee liqueur (Kalva or possibly Tia Maria)
• 2 lg. scoops vanilla ice cream
• Shaved chocolate for garnish (optional)

1. Place ice cream, Southern Comfort and liqueur in blender.
2. Blend just till thick.
3. Spoon into cocktail or possibly parfait glasses and garnish with shaved chocolate.
