Graveyard Gelatin Dessert

  1. Mix 1-1/2 cups wafer crumbs, sugar and butter in 13x9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until well blended.
  4. Gently stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  5. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  6. until completely dissolved.
  7. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/2 cups.
  8. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  9. Remove any unmelted ice.
  10. Spoon gelatin over cream cheese layer.
  11. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  12. Spread remaining COOL WHIP over gelatin just before serving; sprinkle with remaining wafer crumbs.
  13. Decorate cookies with icings to resemble tombstones; insert in top of dessert.
  14. Add candies.
