Baked Chicken Waldine Recipe
- 4 x Chicken breasts, bone-in, skinless
- 1 Tbsp. I Cannot Believe It's Not Buter, spray/liquid form
- 1 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1 tsp Grated parmesan cheese Poultry seasoning Creole seasoning Granulated garlic
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine I Cannot Believe It's Not Butter, garlic and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle each breast with a healthy pinch of poultry seasoning, creole seasoning and granulated garlic.
- Using a pastry brush, brush each breast with a little of the butter mix.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning once half-way through baking time.
- Place chicken under the broiler if it's not brown sufficient.
- Use chicken immediately, or possibly chill for use in chicken salad, or possibly freeze for later use.
- Notes: Recipe can easily be doubled.
- Extra butter mix can be brushed on top of biscuits before baking to add in flavor.
- 9-8-97 and doubled the recipe.
- Used boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sprinkled with chili pwdr, black pepper and granulated garlic and baked for 20 min per side.
- Very tasty way to do chicken.
