Moist Choc Apple Muffins

  1. Combine peanut spread, milk, sugar, eggs and apple.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and spices, add chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into 12 x 1/2 cup capacity greased muffin pans.
  4. Bake at 190C for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
  6. Optional: Spread with extra peanut spread.
