Seasoned Fish with Cheesy Mash
- 425 g I&J Light & Crispy fish fillets - Lightly Seasoned King Sooper's 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 500 g potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
- 150 g baby green beans, trimmed
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Thousand Island Dressing
- COOK frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets following packet directions.
- MEANWHILE, cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain and mash with a little milk, add cheese beating until fluffy.
- COOK baby beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until tender, drain and return to saucepan.
- Add cherry tomatoes and lemon juice, heat for 1 minute, stirring continually.
- PLACE cooked fish on a bed of cheesy mash and serve with beans and tomato and Kraft Thousand Island dressing on the side.
- TIP: Kids will love the taste of this cheesy mash served with I&J Tasty Fish Fingers.
