Seasoned Fish with Cheesy Mash

  1. COOK frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets following packet directions.
  2. MEANWHILE, cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain and mash with a little milk, add cheese beating until fluffy.
  3. COOK baby beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until tender, drain and return to saucepan.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and lemon juice, heat for 1 minute, stirring continually.
  5. PLACE cooked fish on a bed of cheesy mash and serve with beans and tomato and Kraft Thousand Island dressing on the side.
  6. TIP: Kids will love the taste of this cheesy mash served with I&J Tasty Fish Fingers.
