Lasagne 2

  1. Brown meat; drain.
  2. Add garlic, parsley, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste, simmering 45 minutes.
  3. Cook noodles; drain. Rinse in cold water.
  4. Combine cottage cheese with eggs and seasonings.
  5. Place half the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; spread half the cottage cheese sauce, half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  8. Cool 15 minutes, then cut in squares.
  9. Serves 12.
