Cornbread Perfection
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
- 13 cup creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dill weed (optional)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Blend all ingredients until all dry ingredients are blended with liquid.
- Don't over stir.
- Pour into a nine by thirteen baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately forty five minutes.
- After baking, let cool for five minutes and then cut into squares the size of your choice.
