Baked Havarti Eggs Recipe
- 4 tsp butter
- 4 Tbsp. half-and-half
- 4 lrg Large eggs Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. grated Havarti cheese - (heaping) (don't substitute)
- 1/2 tsp dill
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place 1 tsp.
- butter into 4 ovenproof ramekin dishes, place in oven to heat.
- Remove from oven and add in 1 Tbsp.
- half-and-half and crack 1 egg into each dish.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover each egg with 1 Tbsp.
- Havarti.
- Sprinkle dill proportionately over each.
- Bake for 8 to 10 min or possibly till egg white is done with yolk softly cooked.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
