Floating Berries

  1. Mix strawberries and Splenda in a bowl, cover and chill overnight or for at least three hours.
  2. Beat cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add extracts.
  4. Stir.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip gently.
  6. Add blueberries and glaze to strawberries, stir together.
  7. Tear cake into bite-size chunks.
  8. In clear bowl, place 1/2 cake, then 1/2 cream mixture, then 1/2 fruit mixture.
  9. Repeat.
  10. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
