Turkey Lettuce Wraps With Southeast Asian Flavors

  1. Heat oils in large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add green onions, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant but not browned, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add Turkey to pan and cook, stirring to break into pieces, until turkey is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and vinegar and cook 1 more minute.
  5. Transfer mixture to a bowl.
  6. To serve, spoon about 1/4 C turkey mixture into center of one lettuce leaf at a time, top with a few basil leaves or shreds, and wrap lettuce leaf around filling.
  7. Drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon hoisin sauce or to taste, if desired.
