Filled Corn Muffin Mix

• 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
• 2 eggs
• 13 cup milk
• jelly or jam

1. In medium bowl mix eggs and milk together.
2. Stir in box mix until blended.
3. Grease muffin tins well.
4. Fill muffin tins.
5. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 8 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and quickly scoop out a small, shallow hole in center of each muffin.
7. Put a dallop of jam in the hole.
8. Place back in oven and cook for 7-9 more minutes.
9. Enjoy!
