Chorizo Habanero

• 1 pound chorizo sausage sliced
• 1 large onions
• 2 large potatoes sliced
• 5 bunches sauce habanero
• 6 cloves garlic
• 1 x salt to taste
• 1 x black pepper to tasgte

1. Saute the onions, potatoes and sausage in a few tablespoons of olive oil until everything is almost cooked.
2. Add the garlic and saute one minute.
3. Then add the sauce and simmer a few more minutes.
