Mom's Pumpkin Pie Recipe

  1. Beat egg whites till stiff.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix in whites.
  4. Pour in pie shell.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min; reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake till done (40 min more).
