Cookies-And-Cream Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and egg whites until smooth.
  3. Gently stir in crushed cookies.
  4. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13" pan.
  5. Bake 25 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Mix frosting ingredients and spread over cake.
  8. (I also crushed Oreos over the top of the frosted cake for extra Oreo flavor).
