2 Pepper Chili
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Jalapenos
- 1 White Onion
- 2 can 15 oz Red Kidney Beans
- 2 can 8 oz. Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Habanero peppers
- 30 oz Tomato Sauce
- 2 packages McCormick Chili Seasoning
- 2 clove garlic
- Dice onion, jalapenos, garlic.
- Brown beef with the diced onion, jalapenos, garlic till excess grease has evaporated.
- Combine browned beef with kidney beans, Rotel diced tomatoes and habanero peppers, tomato sauce, and McCormick Chili Seasoning in large pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 min.
- Stir occasionally to keep bottom from burning.
- Serve with cornbread and other favorite chili fixings.
