Bloody Mary Mix

  1. Cut tomatoes into quarters (no need to peel) and cook until mushy.
  2. Cool down then run through blender and then through a food mill.
  3. Bring juice to a boil and add the other ingredients.
  4. Carefully fill canning jars with hot juice.
  5. Jars will seal as the juice cools.
