Pam's Halwa Samid ( Another Semolina Dessert)...
- 2 egg
- 300 ml fresh milk
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp powder milk
- 1 pack cream ( 170 grms)
- 5 ml orange water
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 300 ml fresh milk
- 1 pack cream (170grms)
- 1 crushed pistachio
- 1 corn syrup
- blend all the engridents in a blender for about 2 min.
- in a pot pour the extra milk(300ml fresh milk)turn on the fire on medium heat add the mixture from the blender.continue stirring untill thick.pour it right away to your desire molding...i usually use oval or rectangular pyrex or sometimes i make it individual.
- wait untill become warm....the topping part evenly spread another pack of cream sprinkled with crushed pistachio let it completely cool then put inside the fridge to chill.
- serve cold drizzled with corn syrup...
