Pam's Halwa Samid ( Another Semolina Dessert)...

  1. blend all the engridents in a blender for about 2 min.
  2. in a pot pour the extra milk(300ml fresh milk)turn on the fire on medium heat add the mixture from the blender.continue stirring untill thick.pour it right away to your desire molding...i usually use oval or rectangular pyrex or sometimes i make it individual.
  3. wait untill become warm....the topping part evenly spread another pack of cream sprinkled with crushed pistachio let it completely cool then put inside the fridge to chill.
  4. serve cold drizzled with corn syrup...
