Egg & Cheese Bagel
- 1/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
- 1 slice KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 small whole wheat
- 2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1 medium orange King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
- Add egg substitute; season as desired with salt-free seasoning.
- Cook thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
- Top eggs with cheese; cook until cheese melts.
- Top 1 bagel half with margarine.
- Add cheese-topped eggs and other bagel half.
- Enjoy an orange with egg sandwich.
- Serve a glass of water with breakfast.
