Diet Meal Tofu & Bean Sprout Soup
- 1 block Tofu
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 Wakame seaweed
- 1 Green onions or scallions
- 150 ml Water
- 1 tsp Dashi stock granules
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Doubanjiang
- Add the ingredients and the tofu into a pot.
- Once it starts to boil, add the bean sprouts.
- Once the bean sprouts are cooked, it's done.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with green onions
- If you are using the whole bag of bean sprouts, add the ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Then add the bean sprouts.
- After 20 seconds, take out the bean sprouts and transfer to a bowl.
- Put the tofu and warmed wakame in the pot and it's ready.
- Now add this to the bowl with the bean sprouts.
