Caramel Corn Chocolate Bars

  1. In a large bowl, combine caramel corn, pecans and 1 cup marshmallows.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  3. Add chocolate chips and remaining marshmallows, cook and stirl until smooth.
  4. Pour over the caramel corn mixture, toss to coat.
  5. With buttered hands, press into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
  6. Cool.
  7. Cut into bars.
