Stacked Chicken Cheeseburger
- 1 small red onion
- 1 lb. lean ground chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slices
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 2 red tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- 1 small yellow tomato, cut into 4 slices
- 1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup King Sooper's $2.49 thru 02/09
- Cut 4 (1/8-inch-thick) slices from onion; set aside for later use.
- Finely chop remaining onion.
- Combine chopped onions with chicken, parsley, 2 Tbsp.
- Italian dressing and garlic; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Heat remaining Italian dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add patties; cook 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
- Top each with cheese slice; cook 1 min.
- or until melted.
- Spread bottom halves of buns with MIRACLE WHIP.
- Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes, cheeseburgers, ketchup and onion slices.
