Poppy Seed Dressing

• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon minced onion
• 1 teaspoon House Seasoning (see page 325)
• 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
• 3/4 cup olive oil

1. Combine ingredients except oil in a blender.
2. Process on low, gradually adding oil.
3. Chill; shake or stir before serving.
