TIGER chicken

  1. Rub juice of one lemon and salt in chicken breasts.keep for 15 minutes
  2. In a bowl mix chopped nuts,garlic,chilly powder,tamarind paste,soy sauce and curry leaves.
  3. Put chicken in this marinate and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan fry well or grill it..
  5. Use onion and lettuce leaves for garnishing.
