TIGER chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chilly powder
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tbsp oil
- 5 medium curry leaves
- Rub juice of one lemon and salt in chicken breasts.keep for 15 minutes
- In a bowl mix chopped nuts,garlic,chilly powder,tamarind paste,soy sauce and curry leaves.
- Put chicken in this marinate and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan fry well or grill it..
- Use onion and lettuce leaves for garnishing.
