Premio Pineapple Sausage Skewers

  1. Cut slices across sausages diagonally and insert pineapple chunks.
  2. Insert skewers (bamboo works best) through the length of the sausage, piercing the sausage and pineapple chunks.
  3. Brush BBQ sauce on skewers.
  4. Grill for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice.
