Beef Chili Recipe

  1. Preparation Time: 30 min Heat oil in deep large skillet over medium heat 5 min.
  2. Meanwhile cut each steak lengthwise into 1" wide strips, then cut crosswise in 1" pcs.

  7. Add in tomatoes (break up with back of spoon), corn and remaining 2 1/2 tsp.

  9. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium low and simmer, uncovered, 18 to 20 min.
  10. Serving suggestions: Tortilla chips and melon wedges.
