Healthy All-Grain Pancakes

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients.
  2. Add eggs, oil.
  3. Add VANILLA soya milk.
  4. Let sit for 3-5 minutes for grains to absorbe extra liquid.
  5. Cook pancakes on one side until bubbles are VERY noticable (should flip and be DARK brown).
  6. Serve.
  7. These pancakes also freeze very well for some unknown reason and are great to pop in the toaster.
