Apple Pineapple Dessert Pizza Recipe

  1. Press pizza crust into a lightly greased 11- by 7-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 7 min; cold.
  3. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 c. juice.
  4. Combine pineapple and pie filling.
  5. Stir together reserved pineapple juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg; add in to pineapple mix.
  6. Spoon proportionately over crust; sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter with a pastry blender till crumbly.
  8. Sprinkle over cheese.
  9. Top with dry apricots.
  10. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden brown.
  11. This recipe yields 8 servings.
