Double-Cheese Chili

  1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
  2. Add onions and peppers; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili powder; mix well.
  5. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  6. Simmer 30 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp.
  8. cheese onto bottom of each of six soup bowls; top with chili and remaining cheese.
