- 1 slab of pork ribs
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper ground
- 1 tsp season salt
- 1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar
- 1/4 cup Manischewitz concord grape wine
- 2 tsp salt
- on the rib remove silver skin put in a bag with marinade and marinate over night in the refrigerator
- take out of bag rub with the rub get the coals hot put on grill 5 minutes per side I used Kingsford charcoal I used cherry wood chips soaked in water
- finished in an oven at 350F Fahrenheit for about 30-40 minutes
