Jalapeno Cornbread
- 1 12 cups cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup creamed corn
- 12 cup onion, diced
- 12 cup chopped jalapenos, canned or 12 cup fresh jalapeno
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- When thoroughly stirred, pour in wet ingredients.
- Mix until moistened.
- Put into greased pan.
- Spread.
- Bake about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
