Brad's cajun burger with Louisiana hot sauce aioli

  1. Mix all ingredients for the patties in a lg bowl.
  2. Chill for 1 hour
  3. Mix all ingredients for the aioli chill 1 hour as well
  4. Slice 10 slices of jalapeno jack cheese
  5. De shell all crawfish
  6. Cut sausage into 1/4's lengthwise.
  7. Then at 3" strips.
  8. Fry until browned
  9. Prepare baked sweet potato fries as directed in leegoh68's recipe
  10. Grill burgers until done.
  11. Put cheese on to melt before removing from grill.
  12. Toast buns.
  13. Plate bottom bun.
  14. Spread with aioli
  15. Top with sausage, crawfish, sweet potato fries, burger (i made doubles), tomato.
  16. Spread aioli heavy on top bun.
  17. Skewer and serve
