Brad's cajun burger with Louisiana hot sauce aioli
- 3 lb lean burger. 15% or less
- 1 large jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup minced fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1/3 cup white merlot or white zinfendel
- 1 1/2 tbsp Louisiana style hot sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Louisiana style hot sauce
- 4 ciabatta buns
- 8 slice jalapeno jack cheese
- 1 lb cooked crawfish in the shell
- 1 lb andouille sausage
- 1 sweet potato fries. baked in the oven (found recipe on this app)
- 1 sliced garden tomato
- Mix all ingredients for the patties in a lg bowl.
- Chill for 1 hour
- Mix all ingredients for the aioli chill 1 hour as well
- Slice 10 slices of jalapeno jack cheese
- De shell all crawfish
- Cut sausage into 1/4's lengthwise.
- Then at 3" strips.
- Fry until browned
- Prepare baked sweet potato fries as directed in leegoh68's recipe
- Grill burgers until done.
- Put cheese on to melt before removing from grill.
- Toast buns.
- Plate bottom bun.
- Spread with aioli
- Top with sausage, crawfish, sweet potato fries, burger (i made doubles), tomato.
- Spread aioli heavy on top bun.
- Skewer and serve
