Lemon Poppy Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Grease bottoms only of 12 regular size muffin cups, or place paper baking cups in muffin cups.
  3. Beat milk, oil, yogurt and egg in large bowl.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes.
  6. Top with lemon glaze while warm.
