Paleo Apple Cinnamon Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease muffin cups or use paper liners.
  3. Mash banana.
  4. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  6. Bake 15-17 minutes.
