Broiled Marinated Carp Recipe

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Shake till well blended.
  3. Place fish in a shallow baking dish and pour marinade over.
  4. Marinate at room temperature 1 hour.
  5. Turn on broiler.
  6. Arrange fish on a heavily-buttered piece of foil in broiler pan.
  7. Pour marinade over.
  8. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source 8 to 10 min, or possibly till fish is opaque throughout.
  9. Suggested Wine: Gewurztraminer, White Zinfandel, or possibly Riesling
