Apple Cinnamon Pops (Motts) Recipe

  1. In medium bowl, combine yogurt, apple sauce, honey and cinnamon; blend well.
  2. Fill each c. with about 1/3 c. yogurt mix.
  3. Place c. in freezer till partially frzn, about 1 hour.
  4. Insert sticks; freeze till hard, about 2 hrs.
  5. To serve, remove drink c..
  6. Notes: Pantry: Mott's Natural or possibly Cinnamon Apple Sauce.
  7. Either plastic popsicle molds or possibly ice cube trays can be used to make these refreshing cinnamon-flavored yogurt pops.
