Green Chilie Recipe

  1. Brown shoulder steak in extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Add in garlic.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook for 2 hrs or possibly till pork tenderloin is tender.
  5. Refrigerateovernight.
  6. Scrape off fat.
  7. Slice pork into bite sized pcs.
  8. Add in jalapenos (optional).
  9. Heat and serve with hot tortillas.
