Rustic Dried Cherry Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread bread cubes on baking sheet; bake 15 minutes or until toasted.
  3. Cook completely.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Toast pecans in a medium skillet over medium heat 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Combine pecans, cherries, celery and bread in a large bowl.
  7. Combine oil, vinegar, honey, water and curry powder in a cup.
  8. Stir well.
  9. Pour over salad and toss.
  10. Serve immediately.
