Cucumber-Honeydew Cooler

• 1/4 English cucumber
• 1/2 c. diced honeydew
• ice
• Cucumber peel

1. Puree cucumber and honeydew in a blender until smooth.
2. Strain and chill.
3. Pour into a shaker and shake with ice.
4. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cucumber peel.
