Crispy Coleslaw Recipe

  1. Combine cabbage, peppers, onion and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate2 hrs.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring till salt dissolved.
  5. Pour over cabbage mix, toss gently.
  6. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs before serving.
  7. Will keep several days in the refrigerator.
  8. Yield 6-8 servings.
