Peach Pie Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches, liquid removed
- Reserved peach liquid and water to make 2 c.
- 1 pkg. peach jello
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding
- 2 c. Cold Whip
- 2 graham cracker crusts
- Cook jello and pie filling with syrup over medium heat till a full boil.
- Cold till almost thick.
- While cooling, dice peaches.
- Fold pudding into Cold Whip; add in peaches.
- Pour into 2 pie shells.
- Refrigeratetill thick.
- Can substitute other fruit, i.e.
- strawberries and strawberry jello.
