Italian Beef Roast

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add the bouillon and water and bring to a simmer.
  2. On a piece of aluminium foil add the oil and spices and mix up until combined.
  3. Roll the beef in the spice mix and then put it into the simmering broth.
  4. Put the lid on and cook on low for 3 hours or until tender.
