Chicken Yumsticks
- 13 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 13 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 chicken drumsticks, skinned
- 34 cup plain yogurt
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove, pressed

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

- Mix the breadcrumbs and cheese together in a bowl and set aside.
- 3.
- Combine the yogurt, salt, pepper and garlic together in a medium bowl.
- Coat the chicken drumsticks in the yogurt.
- You can either marinade them in the yogurt mixture for a few hours or continue with the recipe as needed.

- Roll the yogurt covered chicken drumsticks in the breadcrumb mixture and place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Cook for 45- 55 minutes or until the juices run clear when pierced by a fork.
