Cream Style Onions Recipe

  1. Boil onions till tender (20-30 min).
  2. In saucepan heat butter and add in salt and pepper.
  3. Stir constantly.
  4. Add in flour and lowfat milk; simmer till creamy (15 min).
  5. Pour sauce over onions and sprinkle with minced parsley (if you like).
  6. Serve in casserole dish.
  7. Serves 6.
