Chicken Spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 13 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can canned chicken breast meat
- 1 cup Chardonnay wine
- 14 ounces tomatoes, peeled
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add clove of garlic and diced onion and allow to brown taking caution not to burn.
- Add drained tuna and brown.
- Sprinkle tuna with Chardonnay wine and allow to reduce.
- Drain and puree can of peeled tomatoes.
- Add to sauce, cook for 15 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Drain pasta, retaining some of the water.
- Add drained pasta to sauce immediately.
- Cook in pan on reduced heat for approximately 4 minutes and serve.
