Weight Watchers Smoky Po Recipe

  1. Combine pepper, onions and water in non-stick skillet and cover.
  2. Cook over medium heat 3-4 min.
  3. Add in potatoes and sausage.
  4. Cook uncovered 2-3 min, stirring occasionally.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
  6. 1 serving = 3 P, 1 B, 1 V.
