Weight Watchers Smoky Po Recipe
- 1 med. bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pcs
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1/4 c. water
- 12 ounce. peeled, cooked potatoes, diced
- 12 ounce. precooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced
- Combine pepper, onions and water in non-stick skillet and cover.
- Cook over medium heat 3-4 min.
- Add in potatoes and sausage.
- Cook uncovered 2-3 min, stirring occasionally.
- Makes 4 servings.
- 1 serving = 3 P, 1 B, 1 V.
