15-Minute Autumn Rice Pudding

  1. Bring 1 cup milk to boil in medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in rice, apples, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg; cover.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and remaining milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  6. Add rice mixture to prepared pudding; mix well.
  7. Stir in nuts.
  8. Cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap; cool 5 min.
  9. Serve warm or chilled.
