Weight Watchers Red, White, and Berry Pizza (2 Points)

  1. Spray a grill rack with nonstick spray; preheat the grill to medium.
  2. Combine ricotta cheese, lemon zest, and pepper.
  3. Place tortillas on the grill rack and grill until the bottoms are crisp, 1-2 minutes.
  4. Flip with tongs.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas, sprinkle evenly with ham and blueberries.
  6. Grill, covered, until the bottoms are crisp, about 2 minutes.
  7. Cut each tortilla into quarters.
