Shrimp and Greens Salad with Yogurt-Avocado Dressing Recipe

  1. Toss the shrimp with the juice of 1 lime and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. In a frying pan over high heat, warm the oil.
  4. Add the shrimp and sear until just cooked through, about 4 minutes.
