Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Add flour, oatmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder slowly to mixture.
  4. May need to use a heavy mixer or a wooden spoon.
  5. Add grated milk chocolate, pecans and chocolate chips.
  6. Roll into small balls and place onto cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 375 degrees for 6 minutes.
  8. DO NOT OVER COOK OR THEY WILL BE HARD. BAKE ONLY 6 MINUTES AND THEY WILL BE VERY MOIST AND CHEWY.
  9. THEY WILL NOT LOOK DONE WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OUT.
  10. Makes 55 to 150 cookies, depending on size.
